This conversation happened Sunday after church during dinner:
Dad: "So, how was Primary today?"
Ellie: "Good."
Mom, sternly: "Ellie wasn't behaving in Primary, so I had to have her sit in the hall for a few minutes. When we came back in she said, 'Let's not discuss this with Dad.'"
Dad, stifling a laugh: "Ellie, why didn't you want to discuss this with me?"
Ellie: "'Cause I didn't want to get in trouble."
Ben: "Well...yowah in twubble now, young lady!"
